Job listings

Listings are collected from employers and official sources. We check them carefully, but the employer's official advert is always the final authority. Ajira is not the employer and does not decide who is shortlisted or hired.

Your account

Keep your login details private and give accurate information. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Application help services

When you request help, you authorise Ajira to prepare documents and, where you choose submission, to submit an application for the selected job on your behalf using the details and documents you provide.

Work begins after payment is confirmed. Prices shown at the time of your request are the prices you pay.

We cannot guarantee that any application will be shortlisted or successful.

Requests submitted too close to a deadline may not be completed in time; in that case we will contact you about a refund or cancellation.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information and documents you give us are true and belong to you. Providing false certificates or details is your responsibility and may lead to cancellation without refund.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version you accepted is recorded with each help request.
